Hi, I am Peter Kampete — CTO and Lead Engineer at Invollv. My superpower? I can look at your broken product, know exactly what’s wrong, and fix it without making you feel bad about it. I don’t do “it’s complicated.” I do clean code, scalable architecture, and solutions that actually make sense when I explain them. Your project won’t scare me. Let’s go.
Invollv was built to be the design and development partner we would have wanted — if we had been building a startup in Cameroon. Today, Invollv operates as the leading high-end design and development partner headquartered in Cameroon — with a reach that extends across Africa and to cross-border clients worldwide.
We work with early-stage startups building their first brand, growth-stage companies scaling their digital infrastructure, and established businesses repositioning for new markets.
We do not measure ourselves against what is available locally. We measure ourselves against the best design and development partners in the world — because that is the level of work our clients deserve, and because that is the level at which Africa’s most ambitious companies need to compete.
This is not a marketing position. It is an operating standard. It shapes how we hire, how we approach projects, how we communicate, and what we are willing to deliver. Work that does not meet this standard does not leave our studio.
